HMI and SDO periodic status reports.

The SDO Weekly reports are issued by the SDO Project Manager,
Ken Schwer.

The HMI Monthly Progress Reports consists of both the SU and LMSAL
Monthly reports which are issued separately.

The SU Monthly reports are issued mid month for the prior month
by the Stanford HMI group.  For months with no report in this directory the
LMSAL Monthly Report is the HMI Monthly Report.

The LMSAL Monthly reports are issued ealry each month for
the prior month by the Lockheed-Martin HMI group.
