STATUS/ACCOMPLISHMENTS
We conducted our AETD Champion Team meeting with Frank Bauer & his 
team.  The meeting went very well & the Champion Team will be helping us 
work a few near term issues.  In addition, we have been busy preparing for 
& supporting our review teams with respect to the Initial Confirmation 
Review process next month.  The flow of meetings for the ICR are as follows:
-  SDO ICR Readiness with GSFC PMC (8/5/03, 1:30 - 4:30pm, Bldg. 8/MCC).
-  Delta SDO ICRR with GSFC PMC to cover IRT's Independent Cost Estimate 
(8/21/03, 1-2:30pm, Bldg. 8/MCC).
-  SDO ICRR Summary Briefing to GSFC Center Director by SDO Project Manager 
(8/21/03, 4:00 - 4:30pm, Bldg. 8/DCR).
-  SDO ICR Presentation walk thru with Code S Deputy AA (8/25/03, 9:00 - 
10:30pm, HQ/Rm. 3C35).
-  SDO ICR with Code S Enterprise PMC (8/27/03, 9:00 - 11:30pm, HQ/Rm. 3C35).

The GSFC Instrument team participated in HMI technical/management 
coordination meetings with Stanford & Lockheed this week.

The CM team continues to enter data into our new intranet database and work 
fixes/enhancements.  In addition, they attended two ISO training sessions 
(Directives Manager and CM) and are coordinating comments received from 
various reviews of CCRs and documents.
