STATUS/ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Carlos McKenzie & Tom Anderson completed the documentation for the Phase A 
contracts & we hope to have all the Principal Investigators under contract 
by COB tomorrow (9/20).  The Systems team assembled/distributed the minutes 
from the Kickoff meeting & conducted their first systems telecon with the 
instrument teams.  We are in the process of identifying & scheduling all 
the work required for our fall internal Mission Definition Review.  Rob 
Lilly & the subsystem leads are doing a good job developing a coordinated & 
detailed WBS so that grassroots budget & scheduling can start this fall.
