STATUS/ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The Instrument Phase A contracts have completed GSFC review/approval & 
Carlos is in the process of working the signature cycle with the Principal 
Investigators (PI).  Completing this effort in a month is a true 
accomplishment & I thank the GSFC & PI teams for their hard work and 
teamwork approach.  We are planning to hold our Project Mission Definition 
Retreat on December 3,4 and 5, at GSFC.  The purpose of the meeting is to 
agree on the draft set of Level One requirements and to define a 
preliminary mission implementation concept (including closure of major 
system trades).
