STATUS/ACCOMPLISHMENTS We completed our first round of SRR/SCR dry-runs. Our leads will submit their updates COB today so that we can conduct the final dry-run next Tuesday & Wednesday. The SRR/SCR schedule has somewhat changed with the LWS Program presenting Tuesday morning (4/8) with SDO starting Tuesday afternoon & running thru noon Friday (4/11). The ground system has been working to define the data flow and handshaking protocols between the Data Distribution System and the Science Operation Centers. As I mentioned in the last weekly, the Ground System peer review (architecture and concept) went very well with the board members being pleased/impressed with our progress. We received one RFA which had to do with recorder housekeeping storage and transmission to the ground which we are trying to close before the SRR/SCR. In the area of schedules, we distributed the I&T flow to all subsystem leads and created a one page subsystem summary template for the SCR package. Also working the detailed subsystem schedules for project Control section of the SRR/SCR. For configuration management, the team has been busy preparing the Project Management section of the SCR/SRR. CM also updated the SDO WBS and document tree, re-formatted two documents for the Flight Assurance group, and working the action item database for the SRR/SCR.
