STATUS/ACCOMPLISHMENTS
We completed our SRR/SCR package and associated documentation so we are 
ready to roll next week.  Both review teams have an initial set of 
information.  I want to thank the entire team for all the terrific work and 
long hours in preparation for our first external review.  A special thanks 
to Rob Lilly and the Systems team for conducting and supporting 2 dry-runs 
and a huge thanks to our new systems team member, Paula Everson, for 
employing her outstanding information systems skills to keep us organized, 
integrated, and on-schedule.

We started initial POP 03-1 reviews/discussions with the GSFC LWS Program & HQ.

For the great news, we received word this week from NRL that the Italian 
Space Agency has approved the SPECTRE telescope and the associated 
funding.  SPECTRE is part of the NRL/Belgium Atmospheric Imaging Assembly 
Instrument.
