Students, if you are not a member of one of the funded SDO science teams and require financial assistance in order to participate in the meeting, please contact the Local Organizing Committee before February 24. Limited funds for small grants may be available.

Your registration fee includes all costs of the meeting, breaks, coffee & tea, wireless internet in the meeting area, full breakfast Tuesday - Friday, hot lunch only on Tuesday and Friday, and the Thursday evening Cajun banquet.

Accompanying persons must register if they wish to share meals with conference attendees and use conference amenities. Daily registration is $75 and the cost of the banquet is $75. $300 is the cost for the entire week for accompanying persons.
