Deadline for Reservations- Friday, January 13, 2006

A block of rooms has been reserved at special group rates from Sunday February 12-Friday, February 17 at the Monterey Beach Resort as follows:

Gardenside Oceanside
Single $89.00 Single Occupancy $129.00
Double Occupancy $89.00 Double Occupance $129.00
Additional Person $15.00 Additional Person $15.00

Prior to and after these dates rooms will be charged normal range of rates for days other than the above.  All room rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 10.05% and an energy surcharge of $4.75 per room night.  Check in is at 4pm and checkout time is 12 noon.

You are responsible for making your own reservations by phone to the reservation department directly at 831 394-3321 or 800 242-8627.  All reservations must be made through the hotel directly and you must reference the group name as "SOLAR". 

All reservations must be received by Friday January 13,  2006.  They must  be guaranteed with a credit card deposit or advance check in the amount of the first night and tax.  After that date we lose the group rate and reservations received after that date will be on a space and rate available basis only.
