Final Announcements

The final agenda (PDF) 2006.02.07 shows that the meeting features many scientific/technical splinter sessions to encourage active participation and discussion.  The meeting begins with brief status reports for the program, project, instruments, processing and software.  Brief tutorial reviews have been scheduled for several science areas.  The meeting will conclude Friday about noon.  Posters will be viewable Monday through Thursday.

Descriptions of the individual Sessions provide more detail.

We welcome your input on the preliminary agenda.  Please contact the Scientific Organizing Committee with your suggestions.

Contributed Posters Encouraged

Please bring a poster describing what you think you need to do to  accomplish the AIA and HMI science goals.  Posters detailing your latest scientific results are also welcome.  Posters may be put up Sunday evening or Monday morning and should remain up until Thursday.  There will be a dedicated poster viewing session Wednesday afternoon.

    Please [SUBMIT A POSTER TITLE] by January 5.  Poster contributions will be collected in power point or pdf format for display on a post-conference web site.

    Other Contributions

    If you would like to make a presentation during one of the sessions, please coordinate this directly with one of the session leaders.
